Navarre Beach is located on the Florida panhandle, about 15 minutes west of Fort Walton Beach and 10 minutes east of Pensacola Beach. Airports served by major airlines are located at both Fort Walton and Pensacola. Navarre Beach is a quiet family community located on Santa Rosa Island, bordered by the National Seashore (very beautiful).

Amenities at the Caribbean Resort include a heated pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna, tennis court, shuffleboard, and covered parking. Our unit #202 includes a washer and dryer, a microwave, three remote control TVs, and two VCRs.

Though located in a high rise, our 3-bedroom 2-bath unit is conveniently located on the 2nd floor. Comfortably sleeping eight, it fronts the Gulf with a balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The master bedroom looks out over the beach as well. The Queen bedroom is attractively arranged, and the third bedroom has a view of the sound.

Our unit is within easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

The owners have creatively decorated the unit with all new upscale furnishings, so it is pristine. It is our intent to provide such a comfortable and pampered environment that you'll return to our Cuando Condo year after year. Once you get the Navarre sand in your shoes, you'll always come back!!!
